GoinsRashCain, Inc. was organized in April 1988 to perform construction, construction management and architectural services. The company is owned and managed by Hiram Rash, Luther Cain, and Bill Beuris. They have a combined total of 92 years experience in the construction industry. Working together on projects since 1988, they have been responsible for the design and construction of a variety of commercial building types including medical, religious, offices, hotels, restaurants, retail, industrial, retirement and assisted living facilities, all successfully completed. Each GRC project is under the supervision of a Project Manager, a General Superintendent and one of nine Field Superintendents assigned specifically to that project. Building costs are estimated using Timberline estimating software and construction schedules are generated using Primavera Sure Trak. Project Managers co-ordinate information and decisions between the architect, subcontractors and field personnel. Knowledge of construction costs and methods gained from years of field experience allows GRC to provide the maximum return on dollars invested in the project. GRC is a Varco Pruden metal building dealer enabling the company to provide cost efficient and attractive buildings.
							Construction of GRC projects is performed by a team of skilled field personnel under the supervision of an experienced superintendent. GRC employs over fifty construction workers who self-perform much of the work on each project including preparing and pouring foundations, pouring and finishing concrete, erecting steel, installing roofing and siding, and both rough and finish carpentry. To complete work not performed in-house, GRC partners with experienced sub-contractors.
