History:   GoinsRashCain, Inc., was established in April 1988 along with our affiliate company CainRashWest Architects. This collaboration of construction and design allows our clients the convenience, flexibility, and advantages of a design/build option for their projects. The company is owned and managed by Hiram Rash, Luther Cain, and Bill Beuris. GRC has been responsible for the design and construction of a variety of commercial and industrial building types including medical, office, religious, educational, retail, hotels, restaurants, car dealerships, truck service facilities, and manufacturing facilities, all successfully completed at or above customer expectations.   Construction Services:   GoinsRashCain, Inc., provides personalized, responsive service to each client. Services provided include construction, construction management, estimating, scheduling, and value engineering. Each project is under the supervision of a Project Manager, a General Superintendent, a Field Superintendent, and one of the firm’s principles. We employ the latest technology, implement consistent construction procedures, and insist on job safety. Knowledge of construction costs and methods gained from years of field experience allows GRC to provide the maximum return on your construction dollar. In addition to our experience in traditional, customized structures, we are a certified dealer of Varco Pruden metal buildings. Varco Pruden is the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of pre-engineered metal buildings. As a direct supplier, we are able to provide this alternative building solution, allowing you greater flexibility and more cost-efficient options for your building decisions. Construction of GRC projects is performed by a highly-skilled team of field personnel under the supervision of an experienced superintendent. GRC employs over eighty construction workers who self-perform much of the work on each project including preparing and pouring foundations, pouring and finishing concrete, erecting steel, installing roofing and siding, and carpentry. To complete work not performed in-house, GRC partners with experienced sub-contractors.
